$jark or bust, baby.

For those who have not yet heard the uproar, stop by jark's [link] journal or onestar's [link] journal to get a more detailed story. In short, our dA papa $jark has been forcefully ousted from his position to make way for a new administration. I do not know the details of this controversy, but the fact that this is happening is both a disturbing and distressing realization for me. deviantArt is a community; we lean on each other shoulders for support and celebration. We share thoughts and criticisms and even those occasional flame war fests, we have our own groups and friends and cliques, we make this place a thriving virtual metropolis for sharing art and ideas. $jark gave that to us. It's about time we do something in return.

This is meant to pass along the general plan to everyone I can reach: On August 7th, upload nothing. If you DO upload something, make it yellow. deviantArt rocks your world too? :heart: :heart:
